LB4LB FITNESS

Our boxing & weights classes incorporate a variety of resistance training exercises infused with boxing. Our 60 minute classes will have your metabolism burning fat at a high level while building lean muscle. Our classes are designed to be challenging at any fitness level, using a combination of cardio, weights and bodyweight exercises. Are you a beginner or an expert? No problem! All you have to do is show up. Not only do we provide classes that are challenging and fun, we also provide an atmosphere where people are working with each other to set and meet their different fitness goals. We are here to provide a space where you can escape the pressures of the daily grind and let out a little aggression. Stop by and check us out! DARRELL 
TAYLOR

I started boxing when I was 21 years old. Boxing saved my life. I was overweight at the time, eating fast food daily and making poor health choices. I finally hit a wall one day and decided that I had had enough. I started training at a boxing gym. Shortly after I started boxing, I began competing in amateur boxing. I finished with an amateur boxing record of 12-5. My boxing journey soon grew into a passion for fitness. I became a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness in 2004. I now have 18 years of personal training experience and still love what I do. I continue to implement boxing in my weekly workouts, along with weight training and half marathon training.
